Springdale Trace is a mandatory homeowners association community. Annual dues are $400.00 per year. All Assessments received after the due date are subject to a $25.00 late fee on a quarterly basis.
Your association dues cover the cost of maintenance and upkeep to the commons area of the neighborhood. This includes landscaping, pool and pool house cleaning and maintenance, upkeep of the tennis courts and utility expenses for the commons area. In addition to funding ongoing expenses, dues are utilized for major projects such as painting the pool house, replacing worn furniture and signs, etc.
Assessments are the responsibility of each homeowner and the association relies on everyone’s timely payment. Homeowners who are delinquent on their association dues will be denied access to the pool and tennis courts. In addition, a lien will be placed on any property in arrears of 2 assessments (6 months) or more.
