The SPRINGDALE TRACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION is a mandatory homeowners association community for the residents of Springdale Trace. Our association consists of 83 homes located in Snellville, GA.
The SPRINGDALE TRACE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION has both swim and tennis facilities. The swimming pool is in operation from June through September. The tennis courts are open the entire year.
