Covenants Overview

When you purchased a home in Springdale Trace, you automatically became a member of the HOA and agreed to follow the community covenants. These guidelines are in place to help keep our neighborhood looking great, protect property values, and make sure expectations are clear and fair for everyone.

What are the covenants?
They’re the community rules that outline how properties should be maintained and what approvals are needed for certain exterior changes.

What do they cover?

  • Exterior modifications and improvements (which require Architectural Committee Review approval before starting work)

  • Property upkeep and landscaping standards

  • Parking and vehicle guidelines

  • Restrictions on certain structures or visible items

  • General expectations that help maintain a clean, attractive community

Why they matter
The covenants help create consistency throughout the neighborhood. When everyone follows the same standards, the entire community benefits.

If you’re planning a project or have questions about what’s allowed, please review the full covenant document posted on this page or reach out to the Board at springdaletracehoa@protonmail.com before getting started. It’s always easier to ask first than to correct something later.
