How to Submit a Complaint

Before submitting a complaint, homeowners are expected to review the Springdale Trace Community covenants and make every effort to resolve concerns peacefully and respectfully with one another whenever possible. Open, neighbor-to-neighbor communication is often the fastest and most effective solution.

If a matter cannot be resolved directly, please submit your complaint by emailing springdaletracehoa@protonmail.com. Allow up to five business days for a response.

If your concern involves an emergency or immediate safety issue, contact the appropriate city or county authorities right away.
