Happy New Springdale Community - Wishing everyone a happy and prosperous new year.
Please remember when paying your dues thru PayPal to include the PayPal fees. The fee amount is on the invoice that was sent to you. We are continuing to receive payments less the fees and not receiving your full HOA dues. We do understand that the PayPal service is a convenience to all, however if we continue to receive payment less the PayPal fee, we will have to close the PayPal service and all payments will have to be made by check and mailed to the P.O Box.
Quarterly amount includes a convenience fee of $5.00
Annual amount includes a convenience fee of $15.00
