Hello All,
Just a friendly reminder that your Annual HOA fee of $400.00 was due by January, 15th 2024. Summer is quickly approaching and without the HOA dues, we will not be able to open the pool .
Please send your payment of $425 which includes a $25.00 late fee payable to Springdale Trace Hoa and mail it to:

The first Quarterly payment of $100.00 was on due January 15th. Next payments are as follow: April 15th, July 15th and October 15th. A late fee of $25.00 per quarter will be assessed to payments received after the due date.

If we are able to open the pool, all dues must be current to receive pool keys for 2024. Which means either payment in full or 1st and 2nd quarter must be paid.
